Most often, baldness in men is caused by age and heredity. However, it also happens that a man loses his hair at a young age without any predisposition to it. In most such cases, it is a matter of malnutrition, in the diet of which there are no nutrients.
Like the whole body, hair needs nutrients. Lack of them or insufficient amount leads to a failure of growth and restoration of hair. Therefore, the first thing, with the onset of baldness, is to pay attention to saturating the body with essential vitamins and minerals.

Synthetic vitamins or natural?
It is advisable to get a daily dose of vitamins from food. If this is not possible, you can take synthetic vitamins as a supplement. You should not fully rely on synthetic analogues - it is better to get most of the nutrients with food.
Conclusion: try to include in your daily diet dairy products (cottage cheese, cheese, milk, butter), cereals (oatmeal, buckwheat), nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, cashews, walnuts), eggs, liver, fish, etc.
