Exercises to increase potency are a natural means to enhance potency . They will be useful for men, both with weak and with normal potency.
What exercise exercises to increase potency?
Performing exercises, trains the pubic-coccygeal muscle , which is directly related to erection. The better the pubic-coccygeal muscle is trained, the stronger and longer the erection is. This is due to the fact that the blood flow to the genital area increases, and the penis is more filled with blood.
Exercise 1. "Rotation of the pelvis"
I.P. Legs shoulder-width apart. Hands on a belt. We begin to rotate the pelvis clockwise or counterclockwise. In each direction make a minimum of 10 rotations.
Exercise 2. "Parade step"
I.P. Legs shoulder-width apart. Hands on a belt. We begin to walk, raising the knees high, as if pressing them to the stomach.
Exercise 3. "Hold the stone"

Exercise 4. "Bridge"

Exercise 5. "Riding a bike"
I.P. Lying on your back, arms along the body, knees half bent and feet resting on the floor. We begin to rotate the legs, imitating cycling.
Exercise 6. "Muscles of potency"
The main exercise, acting directly on the pubic-coccygeal muscle.
I.P. Same as in the two previous exercises. We begin to strain the pubic-coccygeal muscle. The emphasis is on the strength of tension, and not on the number of repetitions.
Exercise 7. "Vacuum cleaner"
I.P. Sitting on a chair, chest protruding forward, shoulders melted. We begin to draw in the area between the testicles and the anus, mentally imagining that we are drawing in buckwheat porridge scattered on the chair. In this case, the muscles of the buttocks should not strain.
Exercises must be performed 2 times a day, morning and evening. Each exercise is performed at least 10 times, gradually increasing the load.
