The function of blood circulation is to deliver the nutrients and oxygen needed by the organs for normal functioning. If such nutrition is disturbed, the first thing that happens is a deterioration in the functionality of the organ. In organs where blood renewal is difficult for a long time, a stagnant process develops, creating good conditions for the development of pathogens.

Why is it important for men to have good blood circulation in the pelvic organs?

Firstly, blood stasis is one of the causes of such urological diseases as prostatitis , urethritis , prostate adenoma, etc. Knowing how difficult it is to treat these diseases, it is easier to prevent the disease than to treat it.

Secondly, in the lower pelvic area are the testicles - factories for the production of sex hormones and sperm. The intensity of their work depends on the quality of blood circulation in this area. Who is prone to stagnation of blood in the pelvis?

First of all it concerns the men leading mainly a sedentary life. Sitting work is the most dangerous enemy for men's health. This is confirmed by studies of scientists who found that men whose profession is associated with a permanent sitting position have a smaller sexual constitution than men with active physical work.

Why is seated work so dangerous? In a sitting position, body weight pushes on the prostate and blood vessels of the pelvis, depriving them of full circulation. The situation is aggravated by an increase in the temperature of the scrotum with the testicles, which should be about 3 ° C less than the body temperature (see “What can overheating of the testicles lead to?” ), For which it is brought out.

In addition to circulatory disorders, a sedentary lifestyle is often accompanied by excess weight, physical inactivity, pain and diseases of the spine, unbalanced diet and other negative factors.

Fortunately, for many men who have become hostages of a sedentary lifestyle, there are a number of solutions that can restore blood circulation in the pelvic organs, and with due diligence also improve normal performance, which will positively affect the hormonal system and sexual function.

Initially, the creators of the saddle chair pursued other goals: the prevention of pain and diseases of the spine. And indeed, sitting on such a chair stooping - it will not work. But this option is not suitable for everyone, because there are several drawbacks of the “office seat”:

  • the price of ergonomic chairs is very high;
  • together with the saddle chair, you will have to purchase a special table, since a high seating position on an ergonomic chair makes it impossible to use a regular table (see Figure 2);
  • if you decide to purchase such a kit in the office, be prepared to become the object of attention and questions from your colleagues, since your ergonomic place will stand out a lot from the “classic” workplaces.

Exercises from blood stagnation in the pelvis

Nature did not plan that man would spend much of his life in a sitting position. Therefore, the constant movement is considered as an integral process of human life. But in the existing realities, it is necessary to resort to other measures that “stir up” your pelvic bones.

Sitting exercises

Perhaps the most effective exercise is to train the muscles that are in close proximity to the genitals. The plus of such an exercise is that there is no need to get up from a place, i.e. it can be performed anywhere and in any position. The exercise is aimed at strengthening the so-called pubic-coccygeal muscle . In addition to improving blood circulation, this exercise improves the power of orgasm and the power of erection.

Standing exercises

The starting position for these exercises (unless otherwise indicated): legs shoulder-width apart, hands on a belt.

Exercise 1 "Rotation of the pelvis." Simple and familiar to all exercise, consisting in a circular rotation of the pelvis in and counterclockwise (see figure 3). Perform at least 20 deep rotations in each direction.

Exercise 2 "Eight Eights." The essence of the exercise is to describe the figure of the figure eight parallel to the floor, giving the pelvis back and forth. Perform 8 movements in each direction.

Exercise 3 "Eight infinity." The essence of the exercise is to rotate the pelvis in such a way as to describe the infinity sign parallel to the floor, i.e., the eight loops are on the sides. Perform 8 movements in each direction.

Exercise 4 "Parade step". Step in place, raising your knees as high as possible, trying to press them to your chest. We carry out from 20 steps.

Exercise 5 "Side slopes." Perform alternate torso torsion to the sides. When tilting, you can put your hand over your head in the direction of tilt. For example, when performing a tilt to the left, remove your right hand from the belt, stretching it in the direction of the tilt. Perform 10-20 tilts in both directions.

Exercise 6 "Squats". IP: legs wider than shoulder width, hands behind head. Perform a squat, dropping as low as possible and at the same time as if taking a little pelvis back, without taking the heels off the floor. It is better that the load falls on the gluteal muscles. We carry out from 20 squats.

Exercise 7 "Jumping squats." IP: legs shoulder width, arms along the body. Squat down, putting the emphasis on the floor, abruptly move the legs back, taking a position as if you are going to push out. In the same sharp movement we return to the squat and jump up sharply. After landing, repeat the exercise. Since exercise actively loads the cardiovascular system, care must be taken by people with cardiovascular diseases. In the absence of contraindications perform 3-5 sets of 10 times.

Lying exercises

Exercise 8 "Raising the pelvis." IP: supine, legs bent at the knees, arms along the body. Raise the pelvis, without lifting the feet from the floor (see Figure 4). The complexity of the exercise can be increased if you use the burden, for example, a pancake from the bar, putting it on the lower abdomen and holding it with your hands. Perform 15-20 times.

Exercise 9 "Air bike". IP: supine, legs bent at the knees, arms along the body. We simulate cycling as if you were pedaling (see figure 5). Perform the exercise of 1 minute.

Exercise 10 "Scissors". IP: supine, arms along the body. This exercise imitates the work of scissors. Lift straight legs to a height of about 30-40 cm, and alternately cross them so that one foot is higher than the other. Perform from 20 movements.

Exercise 11 "Birch". IP: supine, arms along the body. Raise the pelvis, tearing it off the floor, with the hands resting on the lower thighs, as if it were a support for the raised part of the body. It is necessary to ensure that only the head, neck and upper back are in contact with the floor, and the rest of the body is raised and straightened. In this position, you need to be 1,5-2 minutes. When to do exercises and how often?

Exercises are best performed 1-2 times a day, morning and evening, for preventive and light therapeutic purposes. For the treatment of circulatory disorders in the pelvis, you need to regularly perform exercises at least 2-3 times a day (at least in the morning and evening).

Nutrition to improve blood circulation

When we talk about the relationship of nutrition and blood circulation in the pelvic organs, we mean, first of all, the close relationship between the work of the intestine and blood circulation in this area. If a man has problems with bowel movements, this leads to stagnant processes, as a result of which opportunistic bacteria successfully multiply and provoke diseases. On the other hand, frequent bowel movements promote normal blood flow in this area.

To improve blood circulation, it is necessary to adhere to the generally accepted rules of healthy eating. Natural and healthy foods should prevail in your diet.

Consume more:

  • fruits and vegetables;
  • cereals;
  • greenery;
  • seafood;
  • water (at least 1.5-2 liters per day).

The advantage of these products lies primarily in their rich nutritional composition, including vitamins and minerals necessary for vital activity, as well as a high content of fiber , which improves intestinal motility. Water is another helper in the fight for health. Being present in sufficient quantities, it washes away the accumulation of toxins and toxins from the body, and contributes to blood thinning.

We strongly limit:

  • fast food;
  • fatty foods high in cholesterol;
  • smoked and fried foods;
  • bakery products, pastries, and also products based on white flour;
  • sweets;
  • salt;
  • caffeine-containing beverages (tea, coffee, carbonated and sweet water).

Products with a high content of cholesterol have a negative impact on the cardiovascular system, causing the deposition of cholesterol plaques on the walls of blood vessels, making them impermeable to blood flow. In general, junk food from this list is poor in nutrients, contains many calories and provokes obesity.

Products that improve blood circulation :

  • garlic;
  • onions (bulb, green);
  • parsley;

Limiting bad habits
